Size exchanges

Within 7 days of delivery, you can exchange for a different size in the same design, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Message us first so we can hold the size for you. We cannot promise a size that has sold out in the meantime.

Return delivery is paid by you; we cover sending the replacement out.

If something is wrong with it

A misprint, a seam that has gone, the wrong item in the parcel: that is on us. Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery you paid. No need to send the faulty one back before we act.

What we cannot take back

• Anything worn, washed, altered or without tags.
• Print wear from washing hot, tumble drying or ironing over the graphic.
• Change of mind after 7 days.
• Sale or last-piece items, which are sold as final.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it goes back by bank transfer within 5 working days of us receiving the item, or immediately for a fault we have confirmed by photo. Because we take no card payments, there is nothing to reverse on your side.
